Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIII. Corporations, Associations and Partnerships § 354.200. Examinations, false testimony, penalty

1. Any person testifying falsely in reference to any matter material to the investigation, examination or inquiry shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a class A misdemeanor, punishable as provided by law.

2. Any person who shall refuse to give such director full and truthful information, and answer in writing to any inquiry or question made in writing by the director, in regard to the business  1 relating to any corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380 carried on by such person, or to appear and testify under oath before the director in regard to the same, shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor, punishable as provided by law.

3. Any director, officer, manager, enrollment representative, or employee of any corporation subject to the provisions of sections 354.010 to 354.380, or any other person, who shall make any false certificate or entry or memorandum upon any of the books or papers of any such corporation, or upon any statement or exhibit offered, filed or offered to be filed in the department of commerce and insurance, or used in the course of any examination, inquiry or investigation, with intent to deceive the director or any person employed or appointed by him to make any examination, inquiry or investigation, shall, upon conviction thereof, be guilty of a class A misdemeanor, punishable as provided by law.
