Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIII. Corporations, Associations and Partnerships § 352.120. Dues--member's liability

The dues of members of corporations created under this chapter, as determined by their charters or bylaws, and any donations or subscriptions to which they may voluntarily obligate themselves, may be collected as any other debt; but over and above such dues or such subscriptions in no case shall any member be individually liable.
