Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXIII. Corporations, Associations and Partnerships § 351.1165. Notice of dissolution

Before a cooperative begins dissolution, a notice of intent to dissolve shall be filed with the secretary of state. The notice shall contain:

(1) The name of the cooperative;

(2) The date and place of the members' meeting at which the resolution was approved; and

(3) A statement that the requisite vote of the members approved the proposed dissolution.
