Where, by any wrongful act or omission or other actionable conduct of any authorized person, acting in the ordinary course of the business of the limited liability company, or otherwise with authority, loss or injury is caused to any person, not being a member in the limited liability company, the limited liability company is liable for all damages permitted by law as a consequence of such actionable conduct.
