If the applicant has not been licensed in another state, territory, district, or province of the United States or Canada for five consecutive years, the board may determine that the applicant is eligible for licensure by grade score transfer. For a previous examination score to be transferred for a current licensing period, the score must be received within the five-year period immediately preceding the application. If such passing score is not received within three attempts, the board may require the applicant to appear before the board and/or submit evidence that the applicant has completed continuing education.
