No official, employee, board, commission or agency of the state of Missouri, county, municipality, school district or any other political subdivision of the state shall discriminate between persons licensed under this chapter and chapter 334 when requiring or recommending services which legally may be performed by persons licensed under this chapter and by persons licensed under chapter 334.
