It shall be the duty of the clerks of said commissions to make out and deliver a copy of said order to the sheriff of the county. Such copy, duly certified, shall have the force and effect of an execution against the property so exhibited or persons so exhibiting, and said sheriff shall be liable on his official bond for any default or neglect in collecting the same.
