Missouri Revised Statutes Title XXI. Public Safety and Morals § 315.033. Compliance with local codes required, when

Sections 315.005 to 315.065 shall not relieve any lodging establishment from compliance with local ordinances, regulations, or codes having requirements not contained or greater than those found in sections 315.005 to 315.065.
