Gambling excursion boat and gambling game operator licensees shall furnish to the commission reports and information as the commission may require with respect to its activities. The commission shall establish by rules and regulations the amount of staff necessary to protect the public on any excursion gambling boat. The excursion gambling boat licensee shall reimburse the commission for the full cost of such staff.
