Any commission member or employee who is subject to any civil action arising from any act executed, pursuant to sections 313.500 to 313.710, by him while serving in his official capacity as a commission member or employee shall be represented by the attorney general. All costs of defending such suits and satisfaction of any judgment rendered shall be paid as provided in section 105.711.
