Veterans' organizations may conduct the game of bingo on a daily basis, for patients only, in federally designated veterans' hospitals. Such bingo games shall be exempt from the frequency provisions of subdivision 1 (7) of section 313.040. All net receipts over and above the actual cost of conducting the game as set by law shall be given to the hospital where the bingo game is conducted.
