Any organization licensed to play bingo which changes any of its officers, directors or officials during the term of the bingo license shall immediately report the names and addresses of such individuals to the director, along with a sworn statement of each such individual as required on forms furnished by the director. Each licensee shall display the license in a prominent place in the area where it is to conduct bingo. The license issued by the commission shall authorize the licensee to conduct only the game commonly known as bingo.
