All revenue received by the commission from license fees, penalties, and administrative fees authorized under the provisions of sections 313.005 to 313.085 shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the “Gaming Commission Fund”, and upon appropriation may be used for the purposes specified in section 313.835.
