Missouri Revised Statutes Title XX. Alcoholic Beverages § 311.085. License for sale of intoxicating liquor by the drink in unincorporated areas of county--sale of malt liquor and light wines by drink and in package, annual fee (first class charter counties)

Any person possessing the qualifications and meeting the requirements of this chapter and the ordinances, rules and regulations of the first class county having a charter form of government in which such licensee proposes to operate his business may apply for, and the supervisor of liquor control may issue, a license for the sale by the drink of intoxicating liquor on the premises described in the application.  This license shall be valid only for premises located wholly within the unincorporated areas of such a county.
