Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVIII. Labor and Industrial Relations § 293.300. Explosives not to be prepared in storage magazine

No person, partnership or corporation, nor any agent of any such person, partnership or corporation engaged in mining as defined in section 293.270, shall permit any blasting powder or other high explosive to be prepared for firing or blasting in any magazine in which such blasting powder or other high explosive shall be stored.
