Employers not providing health insurance to all full-time employees shall identify employees who are eligible for a federal earned income credit for purposes of purchasing health insurance coverage for children and shall assist such employees in completing necessary forms to receive the federal earned income credit. Employers shall also make available to such employees information concerning a health insurance or health benefits plan or plans, which may be a plan offered pursuant to section 208.178. 1
