Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVII. Agriculture and Animals § 275.170. Association may borrow

Every association organized under the provisions of this chapter shall have power, and is hereby authorized, to borrow on its own account, or as trustee, for its members, on warehouse certificates, bills of lading or other collateral, as the needs of the association or its members may require.
