Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVII. Agriculture and Animals § 275.150. Associations empowered to execute purposes of organization

That commodity corporation associations, organized under the provisions of this chapter, shall have power and they are hereby authorized to do any and all things not specifically prohibited by law, which may be necessary to fully carry out the purposes of its organization.
