All the sheep, goats or cattle in a group in which the disease of scabies is present, or from a group known or considered to be exposed to scabies, shall be classed as infected or exposed and none of them shall be moved or released until dipped as provided for in sections 267.670 to 267.730 and the regulations of the department.
