Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVII. Agriculture and Animals § 266.061. Contents of statement on label or tag

No statements regarding the quality or purity of such agricultural or vegetable seeds, if inconsistent with the requirements of this law, shall be written or printed on the label or tag, or placed inside or affixed to any container of agricultural or vegetable seed sold, offered for sale, transported or exposed for sale within this state for seeding purposes, except this section shall not prohibit the use of a limited warranty statement, provided such statement shall in no way modify or deny the labeling information required in this law or constitute a defense of any violation of this law.
