Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVI. Conservation, Resources and Development § 260.609. Authority, state and state employees no liability, when

The state of Missouri, its employees or the revitalization authority shall not be held liable for any injury caused by a dangerous condition at any abandoned or uncontrolled site as a result of the actions taken on behalf of the state or the revitalization agency under sections 260.600 to 260.607.
