Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVI. Conservation, Resources and Development § 253.270. Department of natural resources may prescribe form of bonds--holder may compel performance of duties

1. The department of natural resources is authorized to prescribe when not inconsistent with the provisions of sections 253.210 to 253.280 the form, details and incidents of the bonds and to make such covenants as in its judgment may be advisable or necessary properly to secure the payment of the bonds.

2. The holder of any bond issued hereunder or of any coupons representing interest accrued may, by proper civil action either at law or in equity, compel the department of natural resources to perform all duties imposed upon it by sections 253.210 to 253.280, including the making and collecting of sufficient rates and charges for the use of the project for which the bonds were issued and may enforce the performance of any covenant made by the board in the issuance of the bonds.
