Missouri Revised Statutes Title XVI. Conservation, Resources and Development § 252.330. Payment for planting trees

During the establishment phase, the director may pay for the planting of trees on eligible land which is used for agroforestry pursuant to sections 252.300 to 252.333.  Such payment shall be limited to expenses which are determined to be reasonable and necessary by the director, but shall not exceed seventy-five percent of the cost of establishment.
