1. No person shall hunt or fish during a period when any permit or privilege allowing such person to hunt or fish is suspended, revoked, or denied by any court of this state or by the conservation commission during the term of such suspension, revocation, or denial.
2. Violation of subsection 1 of this section is a class A misdemeanor.
3. The penalties prescribed by this section shall be in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other penalties prescribed by law.
