It shall be the duty of every associate circuit judge or clerk of the court before whom any prosecution under sections 252.010 to 252.240 is commenced, or shall go on appeal and within twenty days after the trial or dismissal thereof, to report in writing the result thereof and the amount of fine collected, if any, to the commission.
