Missouri Revised Statutes Title XL. Additional Executive Departments § 650.056. Evidence capable of being tested for DNA must be preserved

Any evidence leading to a conviction of a felony described in subsection 1 of section 650.055 which has been or can be tested for DNA shall be preserved by the investigating law enforcement agency.
