Missouri Revised Statutes Title XL. Additional Executive Departments § 630.415. Terms of contracts

1. Each contract shall provide by its terms for units of a single service or several services accessible to persons needing them in defined geographic areas.

2. Through monitoring of the contracts under department rules and under the contract terms, the department shall require evidence that the services funded by the state are cost-and-benefit effective.
