In addition to the penalty provided by section 307.155 in case of the violation of sections 307.130 to 307.160 by any common carrier or person operating under a permit or a certificate of public convenience or necessity issued by the Missouri public service commission, or other authorized body or person, said permit shall be revoked, or, in the discretion of the commission, suspended until the provisions of sections 307.130 to 307.160 are satisfactorily complied with.
