Nothing in sections 305.500 to 305.585 shall be construed to authorize the authority to create a debt, liability or obligation of the state of Missouri or of any of its political subdivisions, and all bonds issued by the authority shall be paid solely from the revenues and other funds provided therefor by the provisions of sections 305.500 to 305.585.
