Missouri Revised Statutes Title XIX. Motor Vehicles, Watercraft and Aviation § 305.110. Leaving aircraft running--penalty

Any person who shall leave any aircraft with its engine running, and unoccupied by a person able to control the same, and without blocking the same in such manner as to prevent such aircraft from moving, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
