Missouri Revised Statutes Title XIX. Motor Vehicles, Watercraft and Aviation § 301.700. Titling, transfer of all-terrain vehicle, how--fees, deposited in general revenue fund

All-terrain vehicles shall be treated in the same manner as motor vehicles, pursuant to this chapter, for the purposes of transfer, titling, perfection of liens and encumbrances, and the collection of all taxes, fees and other charges. Funds collected by the department of revenue pursuant to sections 301.700 to 301.714 shall be deposited by the director in the state treasury to the credit of the general revenue fund. An applicant that purchases a used all-terrain vehicle after August 28, 2014, that was defined as a utility or recreational  1 off-highway vehicle prior to August 28, 2014, may present a notarized bill of sale as evidence of lawful ownership when a certificate of title has not been issued for such all-terrain vehicle.
