Missouri Revised Statutes Title XIX. Motor Vehicles, Watercraft and Aviation § 301.569. Recreational vehicle shows and exhibits by out-of-state promoters permitted, when

1. An out-of-state show promoter of recreational vehicles, as that term is defined in section 700.010, may hold recreational vehicle shows or exhibits with recreational vehicles within this state if the following conditions exist:

2. A violation of subsection 1 of this section shall result in a five thousand dollar fine.
