The county highway engineer shall file all relinquishments, deeds and plats of said road in the office of the county clerk, who shall preserve them together with the order of the commission establishing the road as public records in a book to be provided for that purpose. All such deeds shall be filed and recorded in the office of the recorder of deeds.
