The bridge on State Highway 231 crossing over the Meramec River in St. Louis and Jefferson Counties shall be designated the “Det. Antonio Valentine Memorial Bridge”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridge, with the costs to be paid by private donations.
