The portion of State Highway 7 from County Road 221 West continuing to State Highway 52 in the city of Clinton in Henry County shall be designated as “Police Officer Christopher Ryan Morton Memorial Highway”. The department shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway with the costs to be paid for by private donations.
