The portion of Interstate Highway 44 from mile marker 91 to mile marker 94, contained in Webster County, shall be designated the “Cpl. Jay Sampietro MO State Hwy. Patrol Memorial Highway”. The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid for by the Missouri State Troopers Association.
