The portion of State Route 19 from New London, Missouri, southwest to its intersection with State Route 154, then west to Perry, Missouri, all located within a county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than nine thousand five hundred fifty but less than nine thousand six hundred fifty inhabitants, shall be designated “The Short Line Railroad Spur Historic Trail”.
