The set of bridges spanning ditch number two on the portions of Interstate Highway 55 and two-lane Highway J at mile marker 16, contained within a county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than twenty thousand but less than twenty thousand one hundred inhabitants shall be designated the “Sergeant Rob Guilliams, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Memorial Bridge”.
