The portion of Interstate Highway 55, from mile marker 129 to mile marker 135, contained within a county of the third classification without a township form of government and with more than eighteen thousand one hundred but less than eighteen thousand two hundred inhabitants shall be designated the “Trooper James Froemsdorf Memorial Highway”.
