Missouri Revised Statutes Title XIII. Correctional and Penal Institutions § 221.415. Director, duties--salary

1. The director appointed by the regional jail commission shall administer the regional jail.

2. The director shall be paid a salary determined by the regional jail commission, and the director shall hire other officers and employees for positions that are authorized by the commission.
