Missouri Revised Statutes Title XIII. Correctional and Penal Institutions § 217.946. Regulation and oversight by other agencies subject to department consent

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, neither the correctional center nursery program nor the department, with respect to the program, is subject to any regulation, licensing or oversight by the department of health and senior services, department of social services, children's division, juvenile officer of any jurisdiction or the office of childhood unless the department voluntarily agrees to services, regulation, licensing, or oversight from any of the aforementioned entities.
