Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 209.020. Division may receive and expend donations and bequests

The family support division is authorized to receive and use for the purposes herein enumerated, or any of them, donations and bequests, and is authorized to expend such donations and bequests in such manner as it may deem proper within the limitations imposed by the donors thereof.
