Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 208.479. Regulations must be provided to interested parties prior to filing with secretary of state

No regulations implementing sections 208.450 1 to 208.475 may be filed with the secretary of state without first being provided to interested parties registered on a list of such parties to be maintained by the director of social services. Regulations must be provided to interested parties seventy-two hours prior to being filed with the secretary of state.
