Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 208.341. School programs--postponing sexual involvement--QUEST--rites of passage

1. The department of elementary and secondary education shall offer, upon request, to all schools the “Postponing Sexual Involvement Program”.

2. The department of social services shall establish one additional location for the program known as “QUEST”. The department of social services shall offer to schools, upon request, the “Rites of Passage Program”.
