The family support division is hereby directed to comply with the provisions of any act of Congress providing for the distribution and expenditure of funds of the United States appropriated by Congress for Social Security benefits, and to comply with any and all rules and regulations attached to or made a part of such appropriation act and not inconsistent with the constitution and laws of Missouri.
