The board shall meet every Monday to look after the business of the hospital. They shall make on the first day of January and the first day of July of each year a detailed report, showing the receipts of all funds and the expenditures therefrom, and showing each donation, giving the name of the donor, and the date and amount of his donation, and the name of each patient and the amount paid by said patient. Said report shall be made and placed on the secretary's book and a copy posted in the office of the hospital.
