Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 204.460. Board may accept grants of funds, material or labor and enter required agreements

The board of trustees of the common sewer district may apply for and accept grants or funds, material or labor, from the state and federal government, or any departments thereof, in the construction of a sewerage system as provided by sections 204.250 to 204.470, and may enter into such agreements as may be required of the state or federal laws, or the rules and regulations of any federal or state department, to which the application is made, and where the assistance is granted.
