Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 198.406. Records required, transmittal to department--elements of report, determinations

1. Each nursing facility shall keep such records as may be necessary to determine the amount of its reimbursement allowance. On or before the first day of October of each year, every nursing facility shall submit to the department of social services a statement that accurately reflects such information as is necessary to determine that nursing facility's reimbursement allowance.

2. If a nursing facility does not have a third prior year desk-reviewed cost report, elements of the reimbursement allowance shall be based on determinations by the department of social services in accordance with rules and regulations established under section 198.436.
