Missouri Revised Statutes Title XII. Public Health and Welfare § 197.340. Notices to committee

Any health facility providing a health service must notify the committee of any discontinuance of any previously provided health care service, a decrease in the number of licensed beds by ten percent or more, or the change in licensure category for any such facility.
