Any person violating any provision of section 196.935 is guilty of a misdemeanor. When construing and enforcing the provisions of sections 196.931 through 196.953, the act, omission or failure of any person acting for or employed by an individual, partnership, corporation, or association within the scope of his employment or office shall, in every case, be deemed a violation of sections 196.931 through 196.953, by the individual, partnership, corporation or association, as well as the violations of sections 196.931 through 196.953, by the person.
